What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our folks are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a Maids 2 Order certified cleaner.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible. Alternatively, we can use green products if you would prefer. Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning services so we can plan for this.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes, we are bonded and also have accident and liability insurance coverage to protect your home, our maids and My Maid Day in case of accidents..

Do I have to be home on the cleaning day?

This is up to you. Most of our customers are not home when we are cleaning. You just need to make sure that either the alarm system is off on the cleaning day or we have the entry code.

Do I have to provide the key?

No, but if you want to, you may provide us with the key. You may also leave it at some safe, accessible place outside your house or you may wait for our team to arrive. Either way is fine as long as you feel it is the safest way. Providing us the key would make things easier and you wouldn’t have to worry about forgetting it. If you do choose to provide the key to us, it will be coded and stored in our office at a key safe that only management will have access to. On the day of your cleaning, the team leader will be given the key in the morning and it will have to be returned to management at the end of the workday.

How many maids will clean my home?

Our teams vary from two people teams to four people teams, depending on the needs of the job.

Are your maids trained and supervised?

All the team members are extensively trained and supervised in order to provide you with the high quality, detail oriented cleaning your home deserves. The owner and / or manager makes visits to homes while they are being cleaned to ensure the quality of the service provided.

How long will it take to clean my home?

The team assigned to clean your home will stay the necessary length of time to get the job done right according to our high standards.

How do I know your maids will do high quality work?

We know that happy people work harder. Combining commission based pay and bonus programs, we are able to provide our maids with some of the best pay in the industry. This ensures the high quality, detail oriented cleaning your home deserves.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?

We will provide all equipment and cleaning supplies. If you have any specific cleaning product you want our maids to use, please let us know and we will be more than happy to accommodate your request.

What if something gets broken during the cleaning?

No matter how careful we are with your home, we know accidents happen. That is why we carry liability insurance. If something gets damaged during cleaning, the owner and / or manager will contact the customer to explain what happened. We will make every effort to repair, replace (if necessary) or file an insurance claim.

How much will it cost to clean my home?

We will charge based on your home size, number of bathrooms, number of bedrooms, how often you need the service, etc. We believe our service has the best value combined out there (Price x Quality x Security). We provide a better home cleaning service for a lower price. We can charge less than most companies because our overhead cost is lower. We are a family owned and operated home cleaning company and not a franchise.

How do I pay for the cleaning?

Online Payments We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or cash. Payment is due upon checkout. A $25.00 fee will be applied to all returned checks.

What if my cleaning day falls on a holiday?

We will contact you to reschedule your cleaning.
